    Your rentals will be delivered 3–5 days in advance and picked up after your event, depending on our schedule and availability.
    This is our most flexible and cost-effective option, ideal for private residences or clients planning to bring items to the event location themselves.

    FLEX DELIVERY & PICK UP

    Window: 1–2 business days before your event
    Rentals will be delivered 1–2 days before your event—typically Thursday or Friday for weekend events—and picked up afterward.
    This mid-tier option accommodates venues that allow day-before drop-off and is priced accordingly due to tighter timing.

    SAME DAY DELIVERY & PICK UP

    Window: Delivered and/or picked up the day of your event
    This premium tier is for venues or events requiring delivery and/or pickup on the event day.
    An additional fee applies. Ideal for strict venue access timelines or same-day setup and teardown needs.

    ➤ Add-On: Tabletop Setup Service
    Let us set your tableware for you! This optional service includes unwrapping and placing plates, flatware, glasses, and napkins according to your table layout.
    Subject to availability and additional fees. Setup does not include florals, linens, or styling beyond tableware.

    Will Call Pickup & Return

    Window: 1–2 business days before event | Return the next business day
    Pick up your rentals (by appointment) from our Vista or Carlsbad location and return them after your event.
    Free of charge. Best for smaller orders and clients comfortable transporting and repacking items.

  • Yes! You can pick up and return your rentals yourself.

    Large orders are subject to delivery only.

  • We don’t have a showroom yet, but we can pull pieces and send photos for a small fee.

  • Yes! Reschedules are subject to availability. Let us know as soon as possible.

    We cannot guarantee the same inventory will be available. Please be prepared to make adjustments if needed.

  • Before 30 days → 50% deposit is non-refundable, but no further charges.

    After 30 days → No refunds, as the full balance is due.

  • A damage waiver is available for an extra fee to cover minor damages. Otherwise, replacement fees apply.

    Lost or broken items are charged at full replacement cost.
